Yay Costco, Indeed!

I was in a quandry for what to fix for dinner one night when I suddenly recalled the ginormous bag of Costco burritos in my freezer. Ah ha, I thought, I can fool everyone! I will simply put them in a baking dish, cover them with enchilada sauce and grated cheese and some sliced black olives and Viola! Enchiladas for dinner! Plus, I won't have to burn myself deep frying the stinkin' tortillas! Success was mine! I called Jake and Joel to dinner. Jake came into the kitchen and asked what we were having. "Enchiladas!" I said triumphantly. "Yum!" he said hungrily. He stopped to gaze at the pan and as I turned to the sink, I saw him, out of the corner of my eye, go to the fridge - thinking he was just getting something to drink. When I turned around, there was Jake holding one of the prepackaged burritos - looking at it, looking at the pan, looking at me. Looking at it, looking at the pan, looking at me. Slowly shaking his head in disbelief that I had sunk to such extremes..... Busted!

I was dying laughing - as I beat the tar out of him!!!!!
